Hog Roasting is a time honoured tradition of slowly roasting and seasoning a whole pig ready to carve for your guests and is often used as a spectacular centrepiece for all kinds of events and feasts that delights the air with a mouthwatering smell and provides succulent pork traditionally eaten with tangy apple sauce and crispy stuffing.
All our high quality pigs are locally sourced and are slow roasted for 7 hours before your event to ensure maximum tenderness and flavour.
We send out a 3 man team to cater your event including a qualified chef and can serve upwards of 200 people.
We provide great quality breadcakes, homemade apple sauce and fresh stuffing to accompany our succulent roasts.
